Our Services

1
SPORTS MASSAGE
Involves the manipulation of soft tissues- muscles, tendons, and ligaments - using various techniques to enhance performance, prevent injury and aid recovery.
2
DRY CUPPING
Is a traditional therapeutic technique that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. The purpose is to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension & support overall healing.
3
DRY NEEDLING
Is a therapeutic technique in which thin needles (similar to acupuncture) are inserted in muscles to relieve pain and improve function. It’s called “dry” because no medication or fluid is injected.
Our Services
4
KINESIOLOGY TAPING
Is a therapeutic technique that involves applying a special elastic tape to the skin in specific patterns to support muscles, joints and ligaments without restricting movement.
5
B12 INJECTIONS
Vitamin B12 injections are a common treatment for vitamin b12 deficiency, which can lead to anemia, neurological issues and fatigue if left untreated. These injections deliver B12 directly into the muscles, bypassing the digestive system.
6
KINETIC CHAIN RELEASE (KCR)
Is a therapeutic technique designed to bring the body back into balance by addressing restrictions or imbalances in the kinetic chain - the interconnected system of the joints, muscles and fascia that work together during movement.
Our Services
7
HOT STONES
Is a type of massage treatment that uses smooth, heated stones to relax muscles, improve circulation and promote a deep sense of relaxation and healing.
8
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in the immune function and fluid balance. The goal is to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body to help remove waste, reduce swelling and support overall health.
9
TMJ MASSAGE
Is a gentle, targeted approach to relieve pain and tension in the temporomandibular joint and surrounding muscles. It’s especially helpful if you clench your jaw, grind your teeth, or experience jaw clicking, headaches, or facial tightness.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Is a traditional therapeutic technique that focuses on the head, neck, shoulders, & upper back. It aims to relieve tension, improve circulation and promote relaxation.
11
GUA SHA TOOL ASSISTED MASSAGE
Is a traditional East Asian healing technique that uses a smooth edged tool to gently scrape the skin. This scraping helps to promote blood flow, lymphatic drainage and tissue release.
12
SPINAL & PERIPHERAL MOBILISATIONS
Manual therapy techniques used by physical therapists, chiropractors & osteopaths to improve joint mobility, reduce pain and restore normal movement.
